For: Discard all laws in play. The proponent: Takes the speaker token, then reveals cards from the bottom of the agenda deck until a law is revealed. Players vote on that law as if it had just been revealed from the top of the deck. Shuffle the other revealed cards back into the agenda deck. Against: No effect.
