- When a player exhausts AI Development Algorithm to ignore a prerequisite of a unit upgrade technology that they are researching, they may still use AI Development Algorithm itself for meeting a warfare technology (red) prerequisite on that unit upgrade technology in the same manner as any other technology.
- For example, AI Development Algorithm alone may be used to research the Destroyer II unit upgrade.
