During the status phase, for each player you are coexisting with, you and that player each draw 1 additional action card. Other players may allow you to place a sleeper token on a planet they control.

- The Ul player does not have to be neighbors with the player that agrees to have a sleeper token placed on their planet.
- Agreeing to have a sleeper token placed is not in and of itself a transaction, though the deal may involve a transaction.
