For: Place the custodians token on this card. The player who had the custodians token loses 1 VP. Other players must discard all of their secret objectives. When a player uses Imperial, they do not gain VP for controlling Mecatol Rex (but draw 1 secret objective). Instead, that player gains 1 VP for each other player's home system in which they control all planets.
