  • A player cannot destroy their own space dock with Reactor Meltdown.
  • At least one space dock belonging to another player must exist on the game board in a non-home system for a player to play and resolve Reactor Meltdown.
  • If a player owns a space dock in another player’s home system, that space dock cannot be targeted by Reactor Meltdown.
    • A space dock in an eliminated player’s home system cannot be targeted.
